License
Understand the licensing terms for shadcncraft including personal, team, and commercial usage rights.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any shadcncraft products, including Figma UI kits, React libraries, components, blocks, templates, plugins, or related assets (collectively, the “Items”), you agree to this License Agreement (“Agreement”).
shadcncraft is operated by AHO Pty Ltd (“Company”). This Agreement is a binding contract between you (“Licensee”) and AHO Pty Ltd.
Summary
You may use both free and paid versions of shadcncraft in unlimited personal and commercial projects, subject to the license tier you purchase.
You may not:
- Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Items in original or modified form
- Share files or access with unlicensed users
- Use the Items to create competing UI kits, design systems, templates, libraries, builders, or similar products for resale or distribution

License Grant
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Items in accordance with this Agreement.
This license does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted remain with AHO Pty Ltd.
License Tiers
Licenses are based on the number of individuals who will access or use the Figma files, React libraries, or other source Items.
Each person who edits, accesses, or uses the source files must be covered under a valid license.
Personal License
For a single individual.
Choose Personal if:
- You are the only person with edit access to the Figma files
- You are the only developer using the React components
- No other team member accesses or uses the source Items
Team License
For up to five (5) users.
Choose Team if:
- Up to five designers or developers need access to the source Items
- Multiple team members edit the Figma files, or collaborate in the codebases
Enterprise License
For more than five (5) users or organization-wide usage.
Choose Enterprise if:
- More than five users require access
- You need flexible or company-wide coverage
- You require priority support
If you exceed your licensed seat count, you must upgrade your license.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Create unlimited end products for yourself or clients
- Use the Items in personal, commercial, client, or internal projects
- Modify the Items to fit your needs
- Combine the Items with other works
- Monetize products built using shadcncraft
An “End Product” is a customized implementation that does not allow third parties to access, extract, download, or reuse the original shadcncraft source files.
Examples of permitted use:
- Websites, SaaS apps, dashboards, and marketing sites
- Subscription products
- Internal company tools
- Client work
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the Items
- Share license access, download links, or files with unlicensed users
- Participate in group buys or shared purchases
- Use the Items to create competing UI kits, templates, libraries, design systems, starters, or builders
- Include the Items inside a marketplace product or generator
- Publish React source code or Figma libraries publicly
- Use the Items in open source projects where the source files would be publicly accessible
- Remove copyright or license notices
- Claim ownership of the Items
Examples of prohibited use:
- Uploading the files to GitHub, GitLab, or other repositories accessible to unlicensed users
- Creating derivative kits or themes for sale or free distribution
- Repurposing components into a competing commercial product
shadcncraft Sites
shadcncraft Sites templates may be used in unlimited end products under a valid license.
You may:
- Use them in personal, client, commercial, or internal projects
- Modify the source code
- Monetize websites and SaaS products built with them
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the template source code
- Deliver the template itself as a standalone asset
- Publish the template in any repository accessible to unlicensed users
- Use it in open source projects where the full source would be public
- Create competing templates or starters for distribution
Open Source Components
Components explicitly marked as open source follow the MIT License.
Those components are governed by MIT terms in addition to this Agreement where applicable.
All other Items remain fully proprietary.
Discount Code Misuse
Discount codes are non-transferable.
Sharing, reselling, or misusing discount codes may result in immediate license termination without refund.
Affiliate Program Abuse
You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, impersonate shadcncraft, or engage in deceptive activity.
Abuse of the affiliate program may result in immediate termination without refund.
Enforcement and Termination
All Items are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Company may revoke or terminate your license immediately if you breach this Agreement.
In cases of intentional or commercial misuse, no refund will be provided.
The Company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use, redistribution, or resale.
You agree that unauthorized distribution may cause significant harm. In the event of a material breach, you agree that statutory or liquidated damages of USD $10,000 per breach may apply, in addition to any other available remedies under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable license.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Items.
License Upgrades
If you need to increase your user count, contact us for a prorated upgrade.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the Items, refunds are not provided. Please review product previews and documentation before purchasing.
